How does the service estimator work?
The service estimator is really simple to use. Simply select your nearest service location (the location you would like us to go to for service), and the estimator takes care of the rest. The number you will get is the most up-to-date estimate for service. You could also optionally check the “Urgent service call” box which will provide you with a more accurate number based on priority requirements.
Is the estimate provided final?
The estimate provided is essentially just that; an estimate. The final cost of a service may vary based on a variety of factors such as the complexity of the service issue, total travel time, supply of parts, etc, but generally speaking the estimate provided is fairly accurate all things considered.
What does the estimate provided include?
The estimated provided includes the total basic cost of a typical service call to your selected region. In simple terms, this includes:
- Travel time to the service location
- Up to 2 hrs (average) of equipment servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs for one machine.
The estimate does not include the cost of additional/replacement parts. The cost of parts will be billed to you upon pre-approval.
How long does the estimate last? Does it expire?
The cost estimates you will find on our website are usually the latest in terms of accuracy of pricing. There’s really no expiration date, but always check with us to confirm any estimates by contacting us HERE.
