Group gasket leak
A leaking group gasket is routine wear. We renew the gasket and dispersion screen and confirm a clean seal under pressure.
Energy-series espresso, fixed
Nova down with the mid-morning crowd waiting? We service this Energy-series Wega all the time, so the faults are familiar: unstable boiler pressure, a group gasket leaking, volumetric doses drifting, a steam valve dripping. Tell us the model and the symptom and we usually repair the Nova in one visit.

Wega · Energy-conscious traditional espresso
The Nova is Wega's Energy-series workhorse, a multi-boiler machine with energy-saving electronics. Built for mid-volume cafes and specialty programs at up to 300 shots a day, it comes in standard or raised-group height and in trims from EVD volumetric up to larger XL configurations. On the bench it offers WegaConcept-style efficiency without the complexity: pressurestat and element faults, group seals, steam valves, and a drifting flow meter are the regular calls, all quick to put right.
Why Grajqevci
Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out. Most Wega Nova jobs get diagnosed and fixed on the first visit.
Commercial coffee equipment is all we do, and Wega Nova is part of the weekly rotation. Not a generalist guessing at a service manual. Genuine OEM parts, industry-standard procedures.
Flat rate for the visit, with parts billed separately. For bigger jobs you'll see a written quote on-site before we proceed.

Nova faults we diagnose
Below are the Wega Nova faults that book service calls, from unstable boiler pressure to drifting volumetric doses, each with the usual cause and how we put it right.
A leaking group gasket is routine wear. We renew the gasket and dispersion screen and confirm a clean seal under pressure.
Brew pressure below spec is the pump or the OPV. We gauge it, adjust the OPV, and quote a pump only if it is worn out.
Volumetric dose drift is flow-meter buildup. We clean the meter, confirm its pulse, and reprogram the doses to a calibrated glass.
Auto-fill that will not engage is a scaled probe or a failed solenoid. We test both and replace whichever has quit.
A cold cup warmer is a failed element or switch. We test both and replace what is out of spec.
Unstable boiler pressure on the Nova is a pressurestat or element fault. We test the pressurestat against a gauge, descale, and replace whichever is out of spec.
A dripping steam valve is a worn cartridge. We rebuild it with new seals and confirm it closes dry.

The vendor we used before would charge a diagnostic just to tell us the brew unit needed service. These guys are simple, no contracts, no surprise fees, just the work.

They modulate power to the boilers based on the machine's workload, trimming consumption during quiet periods and overnight. It is the same idea as the WegaConcept's eco logic, in a more accessible package.
The raised group buys clearance for taller cups and takeaway. Mechanically it is the same machine, so neither is harder to service.
Yes, that is its mid-volume design point, and the multi-boiler trims hold quality well there. Heavy sustained use just brings the wear parts forward.
EVD is the volumetric electronic version; XL configurations add capacity and group spacing for busier bars. The core boiler, group, and steam hardware is shared, so repairs are largely the same.
Usually a pressurestat or element fault. We test the pressurestat against a gauge, descale, and replace whichever is out of spec.
For nearly every fault, yes. Group seals, valves, a flow meter, or a pressurestat are small money against a replacement.
The Nova brings Concept-style efficiency at a lower price point, with simpler electronics. The boiler, group, and steam work is similar, so if you have run a Concept the Nova will feel familiar.
Match it to your water and volume. On harder local water a busy Nova often wants it every couple of months, and we check scale on each visit.
Flat rate for the visit, parts billed at their actual cost on top. You'll hear the rate when you book, and for bigger jobs we quote in writing on-site before any work starts. No estimate that balloons mid-job.
Same-day in most cases. Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out; calls placed later in the day book for the next morning. Urgent breakdowns get priority routing.
The GTA and most of the Golden Horseshoe: Toronto through Mississauga, Vaughan, and Markham, out to Oshawa, Hamilton, and Niagara. If you're not sure you're in range, call and we'll tell you straight.
No. We work call by call. Plenty of customers put us on a maintenance schedule eventually, but that's their choice after seeing the work, never a requirement.
Parts carry their manufacturer warranty, and we stand behind our labour: if the same fault recurs, call us and we'll review it. Specific terms are discussed upfront on each job, not promised in marketing copy.
On-site whenever possible, which is most of the time. If a job genuinely needs the bench, like a full boiler rebuild or major electronics work, we'll say so before anything leaves your building.
Call us or send the form on this page. We confirm the machine, the fault, and a time window the same day. If it's urgent, say so and we'll route the nearest technician.
Diagnosis first: we confirm the fault, tell you what caused it, and quote the fix before touching a wrench. Most repairs finish in that same visit because the common wear parts ride on the truck.
High-wear parts for the platforms we service constantly ride on the truck. Anything else we order, usually next-day where suppliers allow, and we tell you the lead time before committing you to anything.
Usually, yes. We service legacy machines for as long as parts can be sourced, and we're honest when a repair stops making financial sense against a replacement. You get the math, you make the call.
Often, but that's not the pitch. We quote against the actual work, not a factory pricing book, and we'll tell you when a manufacturer warranty claim is the better route. Transparency is the value; the price usually follows.
Yes, and we do it by default on the way out. Half of repeat faults trace back to skipped daily cleaning or wrong routine, so the technician walks your team through what actually matters before leaving.
