Yes. Beyond the usual sprayhead and tank work, the satellite side has its own wear points: warmer bases that stop heating and the contact pins between the satellite and the base, which pit and burn after years of swaps. We test the element, clean or replace the pins, and confirm solid contact.

On the bypass-equipped brewers, strength is set by how water splits between the sprayhead and a bypass line. When the bypass orifice scales or its solenoid leaks past, the ratio drifts. We measure bypass flow against spec, clean or replace the part, and re-dial the strength with your own coffee.

No. We work call by call, and plenty of customers only ever call when something breaks. Many do put us on a regular schedule once they've seen the work, but that's a choice, never a condition of getting a technician out.

Yes, and on hard water it's the single best thing you can do. Untreated water puts scale back on the element and sprayhead within months of a descale. We recommend and fit the right filter or softener for your volume so the brewer holds temperature and strength between services.
