Commercial coffee install

Spec it right. Install it right. Train your team. Across the GTA.

A bad install creates two years of recurring service calls: undersized circuit, wrong water filtration, drainage as an afterthought, no operator training. A good install starts with a real site survey and ends with your team confident on daily operation. New cafe build, hotel F&B rollout, office tower fleet, single-machine startup. Same process, scaled to you. 25+ years installing across the GTA.

What we install, and how

Installation done before the machine is delivered, not after it breaks.

A bad install creates years of recurring service calls. A good install starts with a site survey, sizes the equipment to your actual volume, specs the right water treatment for your municipal supply, and commissions the machine to manufacturer spec before sign-off.

01

Site survey, no commitment

We assess the power requirement (single-phase or three-phase, the dedicated circuit your electrician will install), water supply pressure and hardness, drain location, footprint, and barista or operator workflow. Your floor plan and panel schedule determine which platforms are even installable, so we map that first.

02

Volume-matched equipment recommendation

The right machine for 80 cups a day is not the right machine for 800. We size to peak load, not best-case average. If a smaller platform fits your operation better, we say so, even when the larger machine would mean a bigger invoice.

03

Water hardness testing and filtration spec

GTA water hardness varies by municipality. Toronto and Mississauga run moderate (120 to 140 mg/L), York Region runs harder (140 to 180 mg/L), and Hamilton runs harder still. We test your supply on-site and spec the cartridge or softener sized to your volume.

04

Plumb, connect, commission

Permanent water inlet, gravity drain, and connecting the machine to the power supply you provide. You arrange the dedicated circuit through a licensed electrician to the spec we give you. Every drink profile programmed and calibrated to manufacturer spec. PID temperature offsets dialed in, pressure profiles configured on capable platforms, milk system foam quality verified before sign-off.

05

Operator training and handover

Daily cleaning cycle, basic troubleshooting, drink programming, and the early warning signs of common faults. Refresher sessions available as your team turns over. No install ends without your operators knowing how to run the machine.

06

Multi-unit rollout coordination

Office buildings with floor-by-floor machines, hotel groups with several properties, restaurant groups with multiple bars. Coordinated scheduling, consolidated invoicing, single point of contact across all sites. We have run rollouts from 2 to 30 machines.

We install every major commercial coffee and espresso brand.

Walked us through a milk system rebuild while the tech was on-site. Now our team handles the daily clean properly and we haven't had a foam issue since.
