Installation pricing, no surprises
Every install is quoted as a project, off one simple labour basis: $100 an hour, plus a $100 travel charge anywhere in the GTA. No contracts, no surprise fees. The ranges below come from the installs we do every week, so you know what a fair quote looks like before you book a site survey.

How our pricing works
An install is priced as a project, not by the hour, but the project quote is built from the same basis: $100 an hour for labour plus the $100 travel charge. The site survey scopes the plumbing and water work and specs the power requirement so the project number is fixed before anything is installed. You arrange the dedicated circuit through a licensed electrician to that spec. Parts and the machine itself are quoted separately.
Typical project costs by complexity
Standard project ranges for a one-off install, labour included. The machine and major parts are quoted separately. Every site is scoped individually at the survey, but most installs land inside these ranges.

We assess power, water pressure and hardness, drainage, footprint, and workflow, then scope the project before any quote.
Included with a booked installSurcharge when you need the install sooner than the standard lead time.
+$95Position the unit, fill the tank, connect it to your existing outlet, program and calibrate drink profiles, and walk your team through daily cleaning. A plug-in countertop machine is the simplest install we do, and the cheapest place to start.
From $550Permanent water inlet and gravity drain, fittings, leak check, and connecting the machine to the dedicated circuit you provide. You arrange that circuit through a licensed electrician; at the survey we hand you the exact spec it needs (often a dedicated 240V line). More if a new water line has to be run.
From $900On-site hardness test, cartridge head or softener sized to your supply and volume, fitted.
From $550Drink profiles, PID offsets, pressure set to spec, milk system verified, then daily cleaning, troubleshooting, and programming walked through with your operators.
From $600Supply and drain runs for multiple machines or groups, fittings, full leak check, and connecting each machine to the dedicated circuits you provide. Your electrician installs the circuits to the spec we give you at the survey.
From $1,400Softener or multi-cartridge system sized to combined load, fitted and verified.
From $700Each machine or group programmed, PID and pressure dialed in, milk systems verified, and operator training across machines scheduled around your team's shifts.
From $900Prices in Canadian dollars. Machine and major parts quoted separately.

What moves the number
The hourly rate never changes. What changes is the site: how far the services have to run, what the drainage allows, the power supply you have in place, and how many machines you're putting in.
A machine going in next to an existing water line and drain is a short hookup. One that needs a new line run across a kitchen, a drain cut in, or a tank-fed setup converted to plumbed-in takes far more hours. The run, not the machine, drives most of the swing.
The same espresso machine, two sites: a quick hookup where the line and drain are already at the counter, or a half-day job where we run new supply across the room and add a drain. Same machine, very different labour.
A countertop unit on a standard outlet is simple to connect. A larger machine needs a dedicated circuit, often 208 or 240 volts, which is the client's responsibility to have installed by a licensed electrician. We spec exactly what that circuit has to be, connect the machine to it, and a new drain line adds to the labour where one is needed. We confirm what the site already has at the survey.
A self-contained brewer plugs into an existing outlet. A three-group espresso machine needs a dedicated 240V circuit, which your electrician installs to the spec we hand you; we then connect the machine and commission it.
GTA water hardness varies by municipality, so the right filtration (a cartridge head, a softener, or both) depends on your supply and volume. And every extra machine adds its own survey, hookup, calibration, and training time, so a multi-unit rollout scales accordingly.
One machine on Toronto's moderate water needs a single cartridge head. A high-volume site on harder York Region water may need a softener sized to load, and a four-machine office rollout multiplies the per-unit work across the project.
Two ways we install
A single install is one survey, one hookup, one handover. A rollout coordinates several machines across floors or locations on one schedule. Both quoted from the same labour basis, scoped at the survey.
One machine, one site
From $550 in labour, plus parts
Multiple machines or sites
Priced per project, scoped at survey
Rule of thumb: past three machines, a coordinated rollout costs less per unit than booking three separate installs, because the survey and water spec are shared across the project. The single-install figures above are starting points. Tell us what you're putting in and we'll scope the exact number at the survey.

Updated July 2026
Installs start from $550 in labour for a simple plug-in countertop machine, plus parts and the machine itself, built from $100 per hour for labour and the $100 travel charge in the GTA. A plumbed-in espresso machine that needs a water line, drainage, and filtration sits higher. Multi-group or multi-machine projects are higher again. These are starting figures, scoped exactly at the site survey before any quote.
A site survey, plumbing and drainage hookup, water filtration sized to your supply, connecting the machine to the power supply you provide, calibration and commissioning to manufacturer spec, and operator training. You arrange the dedicated circuit through a licensed electrician, and we tell you exactly what it needs to be. The machine and major parts are quoted separately so you see exactly what each piece costs.
No. We do not install outlets, circuits, or panel work, and we do not touch the building wiring. That is the client's responsibility: you have a licensed electrician install the dedicated circuit, and at the survey we hand you the exact spec it needs (often a dedicated 240V line). What we do is connect the machine to the power supply you provide, run the water inlet and drain, and commission it.
Yes. We run the water inlet and drain and fit the filtration as part of the install. We test your supply on-site, spec the right cartridge head or softener sized to your volume, and connect everything to spec. Getting filtration right at install is the cheapest way to slow scale and reduce future service.
Yes. We coordinate rollouts across floors or locations on one schedule, with a single point of contact and a consolidated invoice. We have run rollouts from a couple of machines up to thirty. Per-unit cost drops as the rollout grows, because the survey and water spec are shared.
It depends on the machine and the site work. A straightforward install can often be scheduled within days. A job that waits on the electrician you have lined up to install a dedicated circuit, or a water system ordered to spec, takes longer. We give you a realistic date at the survey, and rush scheduling is available for a surcharge.
Yes, on request. We can disconnect, remove, and haul away the machine you are replacing as part of the install. Tell us at the survey and we factor the removal time into the project quote.
The survey is included when you book the install. It is where we scope the plumbing, water, and footprint, and spec the power requirement so you can brief your electrician, so the project quote is fixed before any work starts. A standalone survey with no install booked is quoted separately.
The machine matters less than the site. A plug-in countertop unit on an existing outlet starts from $550. A plumbed-in machine needing a new water line, a softener, and a dedicated circuit run by your electrician is a much bigger project. The survey is where we find out which one you have.
Yes. We install machines you have purchased anywhere, and we can also advise on the right platform for your volume before you buy if you want. Either way the install process and the pricing basis are the same.
