Newco · Twin-decanter pour-over brewer
The Newco NKT Twin runs two decanter stations from a single shared hot-water tank. That shared tank is the whole character of the machine: it keeps the footprint down, but it also means back-to-back brewing leans hard on one element's recovery. The busier station scales its sprayhead first, and the two warmers and brew valves wear at their own pace, so a twin tends to age unevenly from side to side.

On a twin, the busier station scales ahead of the other. We descale both heads and check the spray pattern on each before signing off.
The coil or diaphragm on that station's valve has gone. We isolate the side and replace the valve.
That valve is leaking by and dripping at standby. We replace the valve seal.
The single shared tank is recovering slowly, usually from element scale or weak supply pressure. We descale, check the feed pressure, and replace the element if it has lost output.
The inlet valve isn't passing water. We test it and replace it if it won't seat.
The element or switch on that one station has failed. We test both and replace the dead component.
A seized thermostat is holding that warmer full-on. We replace it.
Grind or filter is mismatched on that station. We check it and dial it back to spec.
Hard water builds scale fast. We descale and suggest upstream softening to stretch the interval.
A field swap. We fit a new decanter.
The sensor has drifted with age. We compare it to a reference and replace it if needed.
That tank is below setpoint. We verify the element and thermostat and let it come up to temperature.
A switch or relay is crossing the wires between stations. We isolate the fault and repair or replace it.
A restriction or a sticking valve on that side. We trace it and clear or replace as needed.
A blocked vent, or a thermostat setpoint sitting too high. We clear the vent and reset the setpoint.
