The Arcadia DE PID is Bezzera's electronic-dose hospitality machine, a heat-exchanger platform with PID control. Older catalog copy called it dual-boiler; it is not. It pairs a commercial HX boiler with PID control, volumetric dosing, and Bezzera's traditional cafe hardware, rated for up to 500 shots a day, which is why specialty cafes and premium operators spec it. On the bench the work is predictable: group seals, gicleurs, flow-meter dose drift, and the occasional NTC or controller fault rather than anything exotic.
