Brew unit jam
On the entry-tier Blue26 a jam is grind buildup or worn wear surfaces. We clean the brew path, replace the seals, lubricate, and confirm it homes cleanly.

Blue26, the small-office unit
Your Blue26 is the one machine in the office, so when it quits the whole floor notices. We repair the entry-tier Blue26 across small offices and low-volume sites: brew-unit jams, weak foam on milk-equipped units, slow heating on the single boiler, and unresponsive displays. Tell us the symptom and we usually arrive with the fix.
We'll get back to you today.

Carimali · Entry-tier super-automatic
The Blue26 is Carimali's entry-tier super-automatic, rated for up to 100 cups a day. A single grinder and a single boiler with thermoblock support keep it simple, with an optional milk system for offices that want lattes. On the bench it is straightforward and forgiving: brew-unit seals, the occasional milk clean, and descaling on a small boiler that scales quickly are most of the work.
Why Grajqevci
Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out. Most Carimali Blue26 jobs get diagnosed and fixed on the first visit.
Commercial coffee equipment is all we do, and Carimali Blue26 is one of the platforms we know best. Not a generalist guessing at a service manual. Genuine OEM parts, industry-standard procedures.
Flat rate for the visit, with parts billed separately. For bigger jobs you'll see a written quote on-site before we proceed.

Blue26 faults we diagnose
These are the Blue26 faults we meet on small-office service calls, with the cause behind each and how we clear it.
On the entry-tier Blue26 a jam is grind buildup or worn wear surfaces. We clean the brew path, replace the seals, lubricate, and confirm it homes cleanly.
Grounds in the cup are a worn screen or piston seal. We replace both and recalibrate the grind.
Weak coffee is grind, temperature, or pump pressure off spec. We check brew pressure and temperature, reset the grind, and quote a pump only if it is needed.
Slow heating on the single boiler is scale or a tired element. We descale and test the element, replacing it if it is degraded.
A boiler code is pressurestat drift or NTC failure. We test both and replace the failing component.
A sticking descale alert is an incomplete cycle or un-reset counter. We confirm the descale ran and reset the counter.
Water in the tray is a seal leak or drain blockage. We pressure-test the circuit and replace the seals.
On milk-equipped units, weak foam is residue and worn seals. We disassemble and sanitize the milk system, replace the O-rings, and verify foam.
Cold milk is the temperature sensor or scale. We test the sensor and descale the circuit.
An unresponsive display is usually firmware, sometimes hardware. We reset, reflash if needed, and replace the display only on a hardware fault.
Settings that revert are a controller-memory issue. We re-enter them, verify they hold, and replace the controller if memory is failing.
A dead keypad button is membrane wear. We replace the keypad assembly.
An inconsistent dose is burr wear. We recalibrate and replace the burrs when they are below spec.
No feed is a closed hopper gate or beans bridging. We verify the gate and clear the bridge.
An interrupted cleaning cycle is a level sensor or a blockage. We diagnose the stall point and resolve it.

Updated August 2026
On the single-grinder Blue26 weak coffee is grind drifted coarse, low brew temperature, or pump pressure below spec. We check brew pressure and temperature, reset the grind, and quote a pump only if it cannot hold spec. Most cases are sorted in the one visit.
The Blue26 runs a small single boiler that scales faster than you would expect, so slow heating is usually scale on the element. We descale the boiler, test the element, and replace it only if it is genuinely degraded.
Probably not. Most unresponsive displays are a firmware hang that clears with a reset and, if needed, a reflash. We replace the display only on a confirmed hardware fault, so it is worth diagnosing before assuming the worst.
It is built for it, rated to about 100 cups a day, which covers a small team comfortably. If your counts are creeping higher we will tell you honestly whether a Plus or a larger platform fits better, but most small offices are well matched.
An off-taste almost always means the daily clean has been skipped and residue has built up in the milk path. We deep-clean and sanitize the circuit, replace any tired seals, and reset the daily routine with your staff so it stays clean.
Yes. A dead button is membrane wear on the keypad, common after years of the same drinks being pressed. We replace the keypad assembly and confirm every button registers before we leave.
More often than a bigger machine, because the small boiler scales quickly, especially on harder water. We check scale on every visit and set an interval to match your water rather than a generic schedule.
For most faults, yes. The Blue26 is a simple machine, and seals, a keypad, or a descale cost far less than replacement. We are honest when an old unit needs several parts at once, and we give you the math before you spend.
Flat rate for the visit, parts billed at their actual cost on top. You'll hear the rate when you book, and for bigger jobs we quote in writing on-site before any work starts. No estimate that balloons mid-job.
Same-day. Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out; calls placed later in the day book for the next morning. Urgent breakdowns get priority routing.
The GTA and most of the Golden Horseshoe: Toronto through Mississauga, Vaughan, and Markham, out to Oshawa, Hamilton, and Niagara. If you're not sure you're in range, call and we'll tell you straight.
No. We work call by call. Plenty of customers put us on a maintenance schedule eventually, but that's their choice after seeing the work, never a requirement.
Parts carry their manufacturer warranty, and we stand behind our labour: if the same fault recurs, call us and we'll review it. Specific terms are discussed upfront on each job, not promised in marketing copy.
On-site whenever possible, which is most of the time. If a job genuinely needs the bench, like a full boiler rebuild or major electronics work, we'll say so before anything leaves your building.
Call us or send the form on this page. We confirm the machine, the fault, and a time window the same day. If it's urgent, say so and we'll route the nearest technician.
Diagnosis first: we confirm the fault, tell you what caused it, and quote the fix before touching a wrench. Most repairs finish in that same visit because the common wear parts ride on the truck.
High-wear parts for the platforms we service constantly ride on the truck. Anything else we order, usually next-day where suppliers allow, and we tell you the lead time before committing you to anything.
Usually, yes. We service legacy machines for as long as parts can be sourced, and we're honest when a repair stops making financial sense against a replacement. You get the math, you make the call.
Often, but that's not the pitch. We quote against the actual work, not a factory pricing book, and we'll tell you when a manufacturer warranty claim is the better route. Transparency is the value; the price usually follows.
Yes, and we do it by default on the way out. Half of repeat faults trace back to skipped daily cleaning or wrong routine, so the technician walks your team through what actually matters before leaving.
