The CBS-2232 NG is the twin-station version of Fetco's flagship touchscreen line. It runs two separate tanks behind one screen for up to 36 gallons an hour combined. Hotels and specialty operators run it to hold two profiles, regular and decaf or two coffees, ready at once. Scale on one station's dispersion plate breaks up its flow. We descale that plate, check it for warping, and replace it if deformed.
A brew valve that won't open is a failed coil or worn diaphragm. We isolate it electrically and replace the valve.
Strength drifting on one station is bypass seat wear on that side. We measure the split there, reset its timing, and replace the cartridge if it leaks by.
When one tank runs cool, the fault is isolated to that circuit: element scale or a low-reading probe. We descale the affected tank, verify the reading, and replace the probe if needed.
Slow fill on one station is an inlet valve or level probe on that circuit. We test both on the affected side and replace whichever is at fault.
A single weak element on a twin is scale or internal degradation on that side. We descale it, test resistance, and replace the element if it doesn't recover.
Overflow comes down to a grind or filter that doesn't suit the batch. We check both against spec and adjust until the bed drains properly.
Staggered descale alerts between the two tanks are normal: the busier side scales faster. We descale both, reset the counters, and suggest upstream softening to stretch the interval.
A drip from one head at standby is that valve's diaphragm leaking past. We replace the diaphragm and seat on the affected side.
The shared NG controller runs both stations, so a firmware hang freezes the lot. We reboot, check the NG firmware, and reflash if it won't clear.
