Gasket leak
Routine wear. We replace the gasket and screen and confirm the seal under brew pressure.

The water-obsessed one-group
Studio Aqua owners care about water, which means when the filter alert won't clear or the hot-water tap sulks, somebody notices fast. We repair the Aqua's whole checklist: water sensors, the hot-water circuit, the bigger steam boiler, plus the usual one-group suspects. Most visits end with the machine pouring before we pack up.

Dalla Corte · Compact one-group Studio with hot water dispenser and larger steam boiler
Studio Aqua is the upgraded one-group Studio, with hot-water dispensing, a larger steam boiler, and a double gauge. It's aimed at cafes that treat water as an ingredient, with extra monitoring built into the platform. The additions change the service checklist more than the difficulty: a hot-water circuit, water sensors, and a steam side with more capacity to look after, on top of the familiar one-group fundamentals.
Why Grajqevci
Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out. Most Dalla Corte Studio Aqua jobs get diagnosed and fixed on the first visit.
Commercial coffee equipment is all we do, and Dalla Corte Studio Aqua is one of the platforms we know best. Not a generalist guessing at a service manual. Genuine OEM parts, industry-standard procedures.
Flat rate for the visit, with parts billed separately. For bigger jobs you'll see a written quote on-site before we proceed.

Studio Aqua faults we diagnose
The Studio Aqua faults below come from real service calls, each with its likely cause and the fix we bring along.
Routine wear. We replace the gasket and screen and confirm the seal under brew pressure.
An oil-clogged dispersion screen. We fit a new one and backflush the group with detergent.
Solenoid wear or reverted programming. We test the valve and recalibrate the profile through the service menu.
Pump wear or expansion-valve drift. We gauge the pressure, adjust the valve, and quote a pump replacement if output is below spec.
The Aqua's water monitoring runs on additional sensors, and sensors drift. We test the sensor's calibration, verify the actual water quality at the source, and replace the sensor only if the drift is confirmed.
Nine times out of ten the counter simply wasn't reset with the new filter. We reset it through the service menu and confirm the alert stays gone.
Sensor wear or calibration drift. We test against a reference, recalibrate the PID, and replace the NTC if it's out of spec.
Scale or a tired pressurestat. We descale the boiler and test both the pressurestat and the element.
Scale on the element. We descale the brew boiler and verify heat-up returns to spec.
We pressure-test each circuit, isolate the leak, and replace the failed seals.
Standard steam valve wear. We rebuild with the correct Dalla Corte cartridge and verify dry shut-off.
Scale in the steam circuit. We descale, verify the pressurestat, and clear the tip.
Flow meter buildup. We clean the meter and reprogram the doses.
Often just a connector. We reseat the harness first and replace the display only if the fault survives.
Scale on the probe confuses autofill. We descale or replace it and verify the fill cycle.

Because the counter wasn't reset; the alert tracks the counter, not the cartridge. We reset it through the service menu and confirm it stays cleared. If it returns early, the hardness setting probably doesn't match your actual water, and we'll correct that too.
Either the water changed or the sensor drifted, and both happen. We test the sensor's calibration, measure the actual supply, and replace the sensor only if drift is confirmed. Don't ignore it; the reading exists to protect the boilers.
The Aqua adds a hot-water circuit, extra water monitoring, and a larger steam boiler, so there's simply more checklist. The core one-group fundamentals, the group, brew boiler, and pump, are the same. Parts for both flow through the same Dalla Corte/Franke network.
Scale is the first suspect on any hot-water circuit, with valve wear second. We descale the circuit, test the valve, and verify steady delivery temperature. Tea service tends to notice this fault before espresso does.
The interval depends on your water more than the boiler size, but there is more surface to keep clean. On moderate water with filtration, every 3 to 4 months works; harder supplies need 2 to 3. The Aqua's own monitoring helps you keep score between visits.
The double gauge reads brew and steam separately, so an odd steam reading with good shots points at the steam side alone: pressurestat drift, scale, or the gauge itself. We test at the boiler and tell you which it was. Don't re-tune anything around a gauge you don't trust yet.
Yes, and on an Aqua we always do; the machine is built around that question. We verify hardness against the filter spec and the machine's settings, and flag mismatches before they become scale damage. It's the cheapest part of the visit and saves the most money.
It's rated up to 200 shots a day, same as the Studio, so it suits focused bars rather than volume operations. What it adds is water control and hot-water service, not throughput. If your queue has outgrown it, we'll say so honestly.
Flat rate for the visit, parts billed at their actual cost on top. You'll hear the rate when you book, and for bigger jobs we quote in writing on-site before any work starts. No estimate that balloons mid-job.
Same-day. Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out; calls placed later in the day book for the next morning. Urgent breakdowns get priority routing.
The GTA and most of the Golden Horseshoe: Toronto through Mississauga, Vaughan, and Markham, out to Oshawa, Hamilton, and Niagara. If you're not sure you're in range, call and we'll tell you straight.
No. We work call by call. Plenty of customers put us on a maintenance schedule eventually, but that's their choice after seeing the work, never a requirement.
Parts carry their manufacturer warranty, and we stand behind our labour: if the same fault recurs, call us and we'll review it. Specific terms are discussed upfront on each job, not promised in marketing copy.
On-site whenever possible, which is most of the time. If a job genuinely needs the bench, like a full boiler rebuild or major electronics work, we'll say so before anything leaves your building.
Call us or send the form on this page. We confirm the machine, the fault, and a time window the same day. If it's urgent, say so and we'll route the nearest technician.
Diagnosis first: we confirm the fault, tell you what caused it, and quote the fix before touching a wrench. Most repairs finish in that same visit because the common wear parts ride on the truck.
High-wear parts for the platforms we service constantly ride on the truck. Anything else we order, usually next-day where suppliers allow, and we tell you the lead time before committing you to anything.
Usually, yes. We service legacy machines for as long as parts can be sourced, and we're honest when a repair stops making financial sense against a replacement. You get the math, you make the call.
Often, but that's not the pitch. We quote against the actual work, not a factory pricing book, and we'll tell you when a manufacturer warranty claim is the better route. Transparency is the value; the price usually follows.
Yes, and we do it by default on the way out. Half of repeat faults trace back to skipped daily cleaning or wrong routine, so the technician walks your team through what actually matters before leaving.
From filter alerts to boiler work, one visit usually covers it.
