Gasket leak
Routine wear at the group. We replace the gasket and dispersion screen and prove the seal under brew pressure.

The connected flagship, restored
Zero Plus problems come in two flavours: the espresso kind, a group drifting or steam fading, and the connected kind, a fleet console gone quiet. We repair both. Digital Flow Regulation faults, per-group boiler issues, touchscreen lockups, telemetry dropouts; describe the symptom and the right parts come with the technician.

Dalla Corte · Current-generation flagship with Digital Flow Regulation, Barista / Classic trims
Zero Plus is Dalla Corte's current flagship, in Barista and Classic trims, built on a boiler for every group. Digital Flow Regulation brings profiling under software control, the touchscreen runs the bar-facing side, and cloud connectivity feeds fleet dashboards for multi-site operators. Specialty cafes and competition programs spec it, and from the bench it splits cleanly into hydraulics that behave like the rest of the range and electronics with their own diagnostic path.
Why Grajqevci
Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out. Most Dalla Corte Zero Plus jobs get diagnosed and fixed on the first visit.
Commercial coffee equipment is all we do, and Dalla Corte Zero Plus is one of the platforms we know best. Not a generalist guessing at a service manual. Genuine OEM parts, industry-standard procedures.
Flat rate for the visit, with parts billed separately. For bigger jobs you'll see a written quote on-site before we proceed.

Zero Plus faults we diagnose
These Zero Plus faults come from live service calls, listed with the usual cause and how we put each one right.
Routine wear at the group. We replace the gasket and dispersion screen and prove the seal under brew pressure.
Oil and fines on the screen. We replace it and backflush the group with detergent.
We test the solenoid and verify the controller is commanding the right sequence, then replace whichever isn't doing its job.
Pump wear or expansion-valve drift. We gauge the pressure, adjust the valve, and quote the pump if output is below spec.
Each group's boiler carries its own PID and NTC, so we measure the suspect group against a reference, recalibrate, and replace the sensor if it has drifted out of tolerance.
Scale, pressurestat drift, or element wear. We descale and test both the pressurestat and the element before deciding what gets replaced.
Scale on the brew boiler elements. Each boiler is descaled individually and the heat-up timed against spec.
We pressure-test the circuits to find the source and replace the failed seals or fittings.
A blocked or undersized drain line. We clear it and check the run can carry your actual volume.
Normal steam valve wear. We rebuild it with the correct Dalla Corte cartridge and confirm dry shut-off.
Scale slows the boiler's recovery. We descale and verify the pressurestat holds setpoint through sustained draw.
Usually the network configuration, the connection module, or the cloud account binding. We work through all three and confirm telemetry is reaching the fleet console before we leave.
Most lockups clear with a controlled reset, and a firmware reflash settles the stubborn ones. A genuine hardware fault means a display replacement, which we quote before ordering.
Flow meter buildup. We clean the meters and reprogram the doses through the service interface.
Scale on the probe misleads the autofill. We descale or replace it and verify the cycle.

Parts on the truck
The record
Their tech caught a worn pump on a scheduled maintenance visit before it actually failed. That's the difference between maintenance and just servicing what broke.

Digital Flow Regulation depends on the solenoid and the controller agreeing, and either can fail. We test the solenoid's actuation and verify the controller is commanding the right sequence, then replace whichever isn't doing its job. Profiles usually hold immediately after.
Usually, yes. Connectivity faults trace to the network configuration, the machine's connection module, or the cloud account binding, and all three are testable at the machine. We confirm telemetry is flowing before we leave.
Probably not. Most lockups are firmware hangs that clear with a controlled reset, and a reflash settles the stubborn ones. A real digitizer failure shows up as touches landing in the wrong place, and that's a quoted display swap, not a write-off.
They share the chassis, boilers, and electronics, so the service work overlaps almost entirely. The trims differ in how the barista drives the machine, manual control versus programmed presets. One visit, either trim, same parts kit.
No. The original Zero shares the per-group boiler architecture and most of the service vocabulary, and we service it fully. Being replaced in the catalogue changes nothing at the bench.
Flow meter buildup is the usual answer, group by group. We clean the meters, verify pulse output, and reprogram doses through the service interface. Recurring drift within months points at water treatment, and we'll tell you if so.
Scale slows the steam boiler's recovery before anything else does. We descale, test the element, and verify the pressurestat holds setpoint under sustained draw. After that it should keep pace with the rush that exposed it.
Not harder, just different. The hydraulic side behaves like every Dalla Corte, fault-isolated by group, while the electronics carry their own diagnostic path through the service interface. We work on both, so you don't need two contractors for one machine.
Flat rate for the visit, parts billed at their actual cost on top. You'll hear the rate when you book, and for bigger jobs we quote in writing on-site before any work starts. No estimate that balloons mid-job.
Same-day. Call in the morning and a technician is usually on-site before the day is out; calls placed later in the day book for the next morning. Urgent breakdowns get priority routing.
The GTA and most of the Golden Horseshoe: Toronto through Mississauga, Vaughan, and Markham, out to Oshawa, Hamilton, and Niagara. If you're not sure you're in range, call and we'll tell you straight.
No. We work call by call. Plenty of customers put us on a maintenance schedule eventually, but that's their choice after seeing the work, never a requirement.
Parts carry their manufacturer warranty, and we stand behind our labour: if the same fault recurs, call us and we'll review it. Specific terms are discussed upfront on each job, not promised in marketing copy.
On-site whenever possible, which is most of the time. If a job genuinely needs the bench, like a full boiler rebuild or major electronics work, we'll say so before anything leaves your building.
Call us or send the form on this page. We confirm the machine, the fault, and a time window the same day. If it's urgent, say so and we'll route the nearest technician.
Diagnosis first: we confirm the fault, tell you what caused it, and quote the fix before touching a wrench. Most repairs finish in that same visit because the common wear parts ride on the truck.
High-wear parts for the platforms we service constantly ride on the truck. Anything else we order, usually next-day where suppliers allow, and we tell you the lead time before committing you to anything.
Usually, yes. We service legacy machines for as long as parts can be sourced, and we're honest when a repair stops making financial sense against a replacement. You get the math, you make the call.
Often, but that's not the pitch. We quote against the actual work, not a factory pricing book, and we'll tell you when a manufacturer warranty claim is the better route. Transparency is the value; the price usually follows.
Yes, and we do it by default on the way out. Half of repeat faults trace back to skipped daily cleaning or wrong routine, so the technician walks your team through what actually matters before leaving.
Espresso faults and connectivity faults, handled in the same visit.
